I have a great photo of my dad walking away from his Spitfire with DB Q on the side. Looking forward to travelling back to England to go for a spin in this restored Spitfire from my dad’s squadron. Thank you for the great work done on this magnificent machine.

Thanks Paul-Andre,

ML295 is currently flying from Biggin Hill Airfield in Kent (SE England), where it was restored. At some stage it will move to its permanent home in the Northern half of England.

Please get in touch if you make a visit over.

I will certainly stay in touch with those who are involved in the restoration project and the return of British watchmaking.
I will visit England shortly and if it’s possible I would like to have an eye on ML 295.
